Founded in November 2000, Shenyang Xinsong Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise jointly invested by Shenyang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) with state capital, Shenyang Zhongke Tiansheng Automation Technology Company Limited (SZTAC) with state-owned legal person capital, Zhongke Chemistry (Dalian) Science and Technology Development Co.
